The Centre of Arthritis Excellence (CArE) is pleased to offer an Urgent Assessment Clinic designed to support timely access to care for patients experiencing acute inflammatory arthritis symptoms and related urgent rheumatologic concerns.
This clinic provides rapid assessment for patients who may require urgent rheumatology evaluation and early intervention.
Referrals are required and can be submitted by a healthcare provider using the CArE referral form. For more information, please contact the Centre of Arthritis Excellence directly.
In addition to urgent assessment services, CArE continues to provide non-urgent referrals through our Early Access Clinic, as well as therapeutic education programs for patients living with inflammatory arthritis, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, and fibromyalgia.
