About PFAC

The CArE Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC) is an advisory council available to give feedback and input on care delivery processes and care delivery models in the organization. PFAC represents the voice of patients, families, caregivers, and chosen support persons. It is a mechanism and venue for patient and family member partnering to guide and inform program development for the purposes of grassroots collaboration, feedback, consultation and improvement.
