Asif Ahmed is the Executive Director of the Centre of Arthritis Excellence (CArE), where he leads operations, clinical programs, and organizational strategy. He partners with the Board to operationalize CArE’s strategic objectives and advance key partnerships, with a focus on strengthening patient access, improving care delivery, and building a high-performing, collaborative team environment.
Asif holds an MBA in Marketing and is a Certified Association Executive (CAE). He brings extensive experience in the healthcare and not-for-profit sectors, with a strong background in leadership, governance, and organizational development. His work is focused on driving efficiency, accountability, and sustainable growth in complex, publicly funded environments.
In addition to his role at CArE, Asif actively contributes to the community through volunteer leadership roles on various boards and organizations, supporting governance and strategic advancement initiatives.
